The name ‘Colorado Sound Studios’ is not only well-known in Colorado but everywhere throughout the entertainment industry, and it has opened doors for me that I didn’t even know existed. The skills in audio, the work ethic and the networking abilities that I have acquired from Kevin Clock and Jesse O’Brien have helped me tremendously in my career and have led to me touring with some of the biggest companies in live music production, as well as Grammy awards winning artists. When I first walked into Colorado Sound Studios I was amazed by both the state of the art equipment and the people behind this well oiled machine. From the moment I walked into the door to inquire about their courses until my very last class everyone was friendly and, at the same time, very professional when it came down to business. As far as the instructors go, they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE individuals who I can tell were actually there to help me understand any confusion that I had when it came to our course material. This studio and the people working here are very special. They have everything you’d want when it comes to recording, mixing and mastering. Steve is one of the most genuine guys in the music industry that I have come to know. He is very nice about explaining anything that I don’t understand and creates a very comfortable environment to learn in. He takes the time when we are on a break during a session to get to know me and what i want to gain from the experience.

Colorado Sound Media Labs is a warm and inviting place where everyone is extremely experienced in what they do. I am so lucky to be learning from Big Rob. He is a dedicated teacher with abundante experience that knows how to transfer that knowledge without effort. This journey has truly been quite special since I’ve been able to apply all of the theory right here in the studio. You certainly can’t get this type of experience anywhere else.
